Customer Support / Admin
AS&T have been asked to recruit a Customer Support / Service person to work for our new client based in Morley, West Yorkshire.
- Answering and dealing with inbound calls.
- Booking client jobs on the in house Database.
- Greeting and dealing with the public in the front office.
- Organising same day deliveries with external companies.
- Organising overnight deliveries.
- General office duties.
- Dealing with your own set of clients and following their jobs from start to finish.
The successful applicant must be enthusiastic and able to work as a member of a team in a busy office environment. The role is primarily office based but all the candidate will be expected to help out in all departments. The applicant must be positive and outgoing with a “can-do” attitude – Our client prides themselves on customer service and going above and beyond for our clients.
The applicant must be familiar with Word, Excel and Email programmes and full in-house training will be given with our clients File-maker database.
£8.62 per hour
Overtime will be available on an ad hoc basis.
Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays when required)
08.30am – 17.00pm basic hours
